Ph.D. Strategic Planner

Intermark Group is the largest psychology-driven ad agency in the U.S. with a focus on applying behavioral science to creativity. We work with a broad range of clients across numerous categories including insurance, tourism, consumer package goods, restaurants and automotive. We are seeking a candidate who has recently (within 1-year) completed a doctorate in social, behavioral or other relevant applied psychology to join its strategic services department as a Ph.D. Strategic Planner. Review of applications is ongoing.

The ideal person would work with internal teams developing content and insights for “creative briefs” by analyzing consumer data (various secondary sources) and primary research (quant and qualitative) to identify psychological principles which can be utilized to impact decision making, attitudes and behavior. We also would like the candidate to be comfortable and confident for client-facing meetings and presentations in which he/she would be able to share insights and thoughts in respect to agency recommendations.
